All clients are required to review and understand the policies outlined below prior to purchasing any services or bundles from Tiffaani Amberr Graphics. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all policies.

Refund Policy

All design services are non-refundable once work has begun. Work is considered started upon initiation of research, concept development, or any design-related tasks.

 

Refunds are only available if:

  • No work has begun, or

  • The client fails to begin or provide necessary materials in a timely manner, resulting in the forfeiture of the project.
    ​

Timely communication, asset delivery, and approvals are required to keep projects on schedule. Failure to provide required materials may result in forfeiture of services without refund.

Digital Product Policy

All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a digital product has been downloaded.

Portfolio & Usage Policy

All work designed by Tiffani Franklin (Tiffaaniamberr Graphics) may be used for portfolio, promotional, and self-marketing purposes, including website display and social media.

Clients retain full ownership of final design files; however, Tiffani reserves the right to showcase completed work at any time.

Restart Fees

A sudden stop in work or lack of communication for more than 72 hours will result in a restart fee:

  • Small projects (Flyers, Business Cards, Thank You Cards, etc.): $20

  • Large projects (Logos, Pitch Decks, Websites, etc.): 25% of the remaining service value
     

This policy ensures deadlines are honored and Tiffaaniamberr Graphics is fairly compensated for time and effort.
 

While life happens and some delays are unavoidable, communication is key. Advanced notice allows Tiffani to prioritize work appropriately; going MIA causes confusion and can slow down progress.

Revisions

Clients are offered 3 free revisions while projects are open and actively being worked on.
 

Additional revisions:

  • Small projects: $15 per revision

  • Large projects: Fee determined after consultation
     

Once a project is finalized and approved, it is considered complete. Any revisions after this point will incur a fee.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are general estimates. Tiffaaniamberr Graphics prioritizes punctuality, however quality, authenticity, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Clients are asked to be patient while work is completed thoughtfully.

 

Tiffani will communicate updates and progress regularly to ensure transparency and alignment.

Response Times & Order Start

Tiffani typically responds within 1 hour, though in rare cases, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
